Creating and Applying the Aligners
Composite attachments are placed on your teeth, and your personalized set of clear aligners is created.
Digital Scan and Radiographs
A digital impression of the teeth is taken using an intraoral scanner and radiographs are performed.
Treatment Plan and Mapping
Digital technology allows you to visualize the final result and the expected duration of the therapy.
ClinCheck digitally maps the movement of the teeth.
Fabrication and Placement of Aligners
Composite attachments are applied to the teeth, and a personalized set of clear aligners is created.
The Treatment
The aligners should be worn for 20–22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink, and brush your teeth. Approximately every two weeks, the set of aligners is replaced.
Check-up Visits
Follow-up appointments are scheduled every two to three months to monitor the progress of the treatment. The average duration is from 6 months to 2 years.
Maintaining the Results
At the end of the treatment, the attachments are removed and a retainer is provided to maintain the achieved results.
